Description
KRS tea is a blend of Kava Root Sassafras Bark and Decaf tea leaves. It has a rich yet smooth taste similar to root beer. KRS makes an excellent evening tea, helping you wind down from a long day. It’s also a great substitute for alcoholic beverages.
Uses: Mood enhancement, relaxation, cognitive function
Recommended Dosage: 3-4 Teaspoons per cup 1-3 times per week. Steep in boiling water 15-20 min, strain then pour. Add honey, lemon, orange as needed.
